I enrolled a student via the group dashboard, but they did not receive an email.
There are troubleshooting tips we can suggest resolving the problem.
1. Check to make sure that the student information was correct in the group dashboard.
Some common mistakes include:
- 1 instead of lowercase l or uppercase I
- .con ending instead of .com
2. If the email was entered incorrectly, remove the student from the group and re-add with the correct email.
3. If the email was correct, ask the student to check if the email went to their spam or junk folder.
4. If neither of these works, contact us at email@example.com.
