Why was my card declined?
There are many common reasons why your card may have been declined.
The first thing to do is to check for typos.
Double-check the account number, expiration, and security code entered to make sure they match exactly what is shown on the card. If that doesn’t work, we recommend you get in touch with your card issuer to determine why the card was declined.
Listed below are some common reasons:
1. The card might be at, near, or above the credit limit.
2. The card may have not been activated.
3. There may have been fraudulent purchases on your card.
4. There may be a spending limit in place.
