The purpose of this policy is to outline the steps Virtual Learning takes to ensure that businesses receive their coursework and materials in a timely and accurate manner.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all businesses that purchase course materials from Virtual Learning.

3. Definitions

Business: An organization that purchases course materials from Virtual Learning.

Course Materials: Any materials that are necessary for a business to complete a Virtual Learning course, including textbooks, workbooks, and online resources.

Fulfillment: The process of delivering course materials to a business.

1.8. “Commencement Date” means the date the Agreement is made

4. Policy

Virtual Learning will:

  • Process all orders for course materials immediately from date of successful payment.
  • Provide businesses with an invoice number for all orders.
  • Do not accept returns on course materials.
  • Allow businesses to contact Virtual Learning for a refund if they are dissatisfied with their course.
