Course Description:
This course covers the understanding of the daily working environment of a Personal Fitness Trainer. The course discusses the skills the PFT must have to work independently or corporately with individuals or groups of people to help them achieve their fitness and strength goals. Further, the course covers how to effectively manage and communicate with your clients and colleagues and fully understand the expectations that the job will expect of you.
