If you are a little nervous, don’t be! We want to make your orientation to the company as smooth as possible. As mentioned during the interview, while your new position to me, I’d like you welcome you to the team and introduce you to the stuff. At Virtual Learning, everyone is important.
This employee onboarding ensures that you have the tools to be ready. It includes you receiving your employment documents, a general overview of the company, a 30, 60, and 90-day plan. Once you are done with the general onboarding, you will be directed to your specifically designed onboarding to give you an introduction to what you’ll be doing and what the expectations are.
