Course Description:
This course teaches students the importance of stress management and ways to improve coping methods for individuals’ daily stressors. More specifically, it teaches students how to manage their stress to help them become the best version of themselves and create their desired lifestyle. To accomplish this, students begin by learning the different negative stress-related behaviors and examples and then receive information on ways to eliminate those behaviors.
