Course Description:

This course will introduce you to the basics of personal computer maintenance and repair.  You will learn about the components that make up a personal computer and their function.  You will learn basic steps and the methods used to troubleshoot problems.  Upon the completion of this course, you will have learned the basic skills needed to repair a personal computer.  You will then be prepared to move on to more advanced industry-based certification courses and be ready for entry-level work in personal computer support.
